## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT ON FINAL APPROACH, THEY RECEIVED A MASTER CAUTION AND ECAM STATING BRAKES RELEASED. THE FLIGHT CREW EXECUTED A GO-AROUND, ANALYZED THE ECAM, AND SUBSEQUENTLY LANDED USING MANUAL BRAKING. NO BRAKING ISSUES WERE NOTED DURING TAXI. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE #2 MAIN LANDING GEAR AXLE TACHOMETER PER AMM 32-42-57-400-001-A AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
