## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FABRIC ATTACHED TO THE FORWARD GALLEY GIRT BAR MAY BE LOOSE ENOUGH TO CATCH ON THE FLOOR HOOKS WHEN OPENING THE FORWARD GALLEY DOOR, CAUSING THE SLIDE TO SLIP OUT OF ITS BIN. FOUND Z-FOLD WAS UNTUCKED AND VELCRO'S UNDONE. RESECURED FOLD AND VELCRO'S. PER AMM 25-66-01 OPS CHECK GOOD.
