AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LAVATORY-D DOOR TRACK IS DAMAGED. WILL NOT OPEN CORRECTLY. FOUND LAVATORY-D BOTTOM DOOR TRACK SCREWS LOOSE. RESECURED AS REQUIRED. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
