AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: NUMBER 4 OVEN WAS CREATING SMOKE WHEN IN OPERATION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED OVEN AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-35-19.
