## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS NOT DECLARED DUE TO: LEFT PACK TRIP COULD NOT RESET. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO AND LANDED SAFELY AT CLT. PERFORMED BITE CHECK OF BOTH PACK AND ZONE TEMP CONTROLLERS. NO FAULTS, PER AMM 21-61-00. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF LEFT HAND AND RIGHT HAND PACKS. PACK DUCT TEMPERATURE WERE NORMAL AND EXHAUST AIR FLOW WAS GOOD. THERE WAS NO PACK TRIP WHEN SELECTING BOTH 6 PACK SWITCHES.
