AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. MAINTENANCE FOUND SCREW / HARDWARE DRAGGING UNDER DOOR AND REMOVED THE SCREW / HARDWARE FROM UNDER THE DOOR. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
