AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: SLIGHT BURNING SMELL WHEN OVENS IN FORWARD GALLEY WERE USED. ACCOMPLISHED J/C 09L00021001 DETERMINED SOURCE OF SMELL TO FORWARD GALLEY NUMBER 1 OVEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER 1 FORWARD GALLEY OVEN. PER CMM 25-37-26. OPS CHECK GOOD.
