AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ALL TOILETS CONTINUSILY FLUSH IN FLIGHT. DECESION MADE TO RETURN BACK TO MIA FLIGHT DECLARED AN EMERGANCY AND LANDED OVERWEIGHT WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED TOILET ASSY AT 1L IAW AMM 38-21-01.
