AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: RIGHT AFT LAVATORY-E SMOKE DETECTOR INTERMITTENTLY CHIRPING IN FLIGHT. RED INDICATOR LIGHT IS LIT AND WILL NOT RESET. REMOVE AND REPLACED LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR. PER AMM 26-14-01. OPS TEST GOOD.
