AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: MUSTY SOCK SMELL ON APPROACH ON FLIGHT DECK. FAS DID NOT SMELL IT IN CABIN. TURNED OFF BOTH ACMS AND CABIN FANS AND SMELL DISSIPATED.  MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED DECONTAMINATION OF ECS NO LEAKS NOTED IAW JC 26L00021014 REF MIC #7236419.
