AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR 1L WILL NOT ARM. MAINTENANCE REMOVED DEBRIS FROM GIRT BAR ATTACHMENT, CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE GIRT BAR ATTACHMENT PER AMM 52-10-00. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
