AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DOOR 2R SHOWS ARMED WITH LEVER IN DISARMED POSITION.    MAINTENANCE REPLACED PROXIMITY SENSOR 5WN2 PER AMM 52-73-11 ALONG WITH THE SLIDE ARMED INDICATOR LIGHT 21WN2 PER AMM 52-73-21. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
