AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED THE CEILING EMERGENCY EXIT ROW SIGN COVER FELL OFF TURNING TAKEOFF AT ROW 16. EXIT SIGN IN MID CABIN NEAR SEAT ROW 17 REINSTALLED AND VERIFIED PROPER OPERATION OF THE LIGHT. PER AMM33-51-01.
