## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR RIGHT OVER WING EXIT WARNING. MAINTENANCE FOUND UPPER SEAL/FILLER PUSHING BACK ON HANDLE FLAP PREVENTING HANDLE FLAP FROM SEATING FLUSH. REINSTALLED HANDLE FLAP AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
