## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: REPEATED WRITE-UP. VERY STRONG URINE SMELL PERSISTS FROM ROW 25 ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK OF THE AIRCRAFT. REPLACED BOTH O-RINGS (AALA202604274213), (AALA202604274937) AND SLEEVE (AALA202604274467) AT TOILET DRAIN COUPLING DUE TO LEAK. PER AMM 38-21-01. NO FURTHER LEAKS NOTED.
