AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: WHEN FACING OVENS, OVEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE SMOKES WENT TURNED ON.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT HAND FORWARD OVEN. PER AMM 25-32-03. OPS CHECK GOOD.
