AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE: R1 DOOR EMERGENCY OXYGEN MASK DOOR DID NOT DEPLOY DURING AUTO DROP TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED R1 DOOR HEADER ASU ASSEMBLY BOX. IAW AMM25-23-13 PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF G1 GALLEY O2MASK BOX. IAW AMM 35-22-00. MASK DROPS DURING AUTO DROP NOW.
