## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LAVATORY-D SMOKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON OVERHEAD PANEL. FLIGHT ATTENDANT CONFIRMED SMOKE PRESENCE IN LAVATORY-D THAT QUICKLY DISSIPATED UPON OPENING THE DOOR. ELECTRICAL ODOR REMAINED, BUT NO FURTHER EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR FIRE. REMOVE AND REPALCED REPLACING WATER HEATER IN LAVATORY-D, 'LAVATORY SMOKE LIGHT' WENT OFF AND STAYED OFF. NO OTHER EVIDENCE OF SMOKE ORELECTRIC SMELL NOTICED.
