AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: MCDR DOOR WONT OPEN FROM INSIDE. MAINTENANCE FOUND DOOR KNOB AT MCDR LOOSE ON THE INSIDE. SECURED KNOB OK FOR SERVICE IAW AMM 25-29-01.
