## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: THE FIRST OFFICERS LIFE VEST WAS INITIALLY REPORTED AS MISSING BUT WAS FOUND IN THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS CLOSET HOWEVER THE BAG WAS FOUND TO BE BROKEN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LIFE VEST PER AMM 25-62-00.
