AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: ACCOMPLISHED EMERGENCY LIGHT TEST IAW/TC 72100005043. MAINTENANCE FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP AT SEAT ROW 23H THRU 29H LEFT AND SIDE AISLE. REPLACED M33404 PWR SUPPLY DR 4R TEST OK.
