## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: UNABLE TO OPEN THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR FROM INSIDE THE FLIGHT DECK WITHOUT HOLDING THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR SWITCH ON THE CENTER PEDESTAL TO UNLOCK. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE FLIGHT DECK RELEASE DOOR STRIKE PER AMM 52-51-00 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
