AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR LEFT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT MESSAGE AT FL380. FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT PRESSURIZATION AND CABIN VS INDICATIONS ALL NORMAL BUT THE MESSAGE DID NOT GO AWAY. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED TSM 52-22-00-810-803-A WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED / CLEANED THE PROXIMITY SWITCH AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-71-00 WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
