AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LEFT CENTER TANK FUEL PUMP LOW PRESSURE ILLUMINATED WHEN TURNED ON. VERIFIED LEFT CENTER PUMP INOPERATIVE.   REPLACED THE PUMP CONTROL RELAY R54. PER SWPM 20-81-11. PREFORMED OPS TEST OF THE LEFT CENTER PUMP. PER AMM 28-22-41. OPS TEST GOOD.
