## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR MIDDLE AND LOWER LATCH WON'T OPEN ALL THE WAY WHEN TURNING THE HANDLE. DOOR LATCHES STICK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR UPPER AND LOWER LATCH ASSEMBLIES PER AMM 52-51-21-400-001-A. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
