AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 3R EXIT WINDOW WONT ADJUST (TOO DARK) BUTTON ADJUSTER IS BROKEN. BLUE LIGHT INDICATOR NOT ON.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED SWITCH CONTROLLER AT DOORS 3L AND 3R IAW AMM 56-31-03.
