AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DOESN'T OPEN USING DOOR HANDLE. MAINTENANCE FOUND STUCK WASHER INTERFERING WITH LOWER DOOR LATCH MECHANISM OPERATION. MAINTENANCE REMOVED WASHER, CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE DOOR LATCH MECHANISM PER AMM 52-51-21.
