## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED ON FINAL APPROACH INTO ORD DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING THAT AFTER LANDING GEAR DOWN AN ECAM DISPLAYED FOR AUTO BRAKES FAULT WITH NORMAL BRAKES ALSO LISTED AS INOPERTIVE. THE FLIGHT CREW ACCOMPLISHED A GO-AROUND AND ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT THERE WERE NO FAULTS AFTER GEAR DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT ORD AND TAXIED TO THE GATE UNDER ITS OWN POWER. MAINTENANCE FOUND FAULTS FOR 14GG AND 18GG DURING A BITE TEST OF BSCU #1. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NORMAL BRAKE SERVO VALVE 18GG (AALA202606049864) PER AMM 32-42-48. MAINTENANCE ALSO REPLACED THE NORMAL BRAKE PRESSURE TRANDUCER 14GG (AALA202606042102) PER AMM 32-42-21. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
