## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AFTER TAKEOFF, DURING GEAR RETRACTION, GEAR LEVER DIFFICULT TO MOVE. LEVER WOULD NOT MOVE FROM DOWN TO UP.  LEVER MOVED UP AFTER SOME JIGGLING OF THE HANDLE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER PER AMM 32-31-11.
