## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND PAST 1 WITH HANDLE IN 5,10,15 POSITION. DID ALTERNATE FLAP EXTENSION TO GET FLAPS TO 15 FOR NORMAL LANDING. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LH FLAP POSITION TRANSMITTER IAW AMM 27-58-01.
