AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CABIN CREW REPORTS THAT THE CARPET AT ROW 14 WHERE THE SEAM IS CAUSING A TRIPPING HAZARD.   MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND REMOVED DEBRIS UNDER CARPET ON ROW 14 WHERE SEAM IS AND USED CARPET TAPE TO PUT IN PLACE IAW AMM 25-27-15
