## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DFW DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING THAT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THEY GOT ECAMS FOR NAV FM GPS POSITION DISAGREE, IRFAULT, AUTOPILOT 1 AND 2 FAIL, AND AUTO THRUST INOPERATIVE. THE FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED QRH PROCEDURES FOR FAULTS AND LANDED SAFELY AT DFW WHERE THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE UNDER ITS OWN POWER. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE # 3 ADIRU PER AMM 34-12-34 AND ACCOMPLIUSHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
