AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS FLASHLIGHT AT FORWARD JUMPSEAT IS ON AND WON'T TURN OFF. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FLASHLIGHT PER AMM 25-64-00 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
