AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FOUND MEGAPHONE DAMAGED AT DOOR 1L. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE MEGAPHONE AT DOOR 1L IAW AMM 25-64-02. PERFORMED OPS TEST GOOD. OK FOR SVC.
