## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: WHEN SELECTING THE LANDING GEAR DOWN LEVER IN FLIGHT, THE LANDING GEAR RED UNLOCK LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE ON THE NUMBER 2 MAIN LANDING GEAR. THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT ON THE GROUND THE LIGHTS TESTED OK. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BITE CHECK USING MCDU TO ENSURE "GEAR NOT DOWN FOR LANDING" AMM 32-61-00-710-001-A AND FOUND RIGHT LANDING GEAR UNLOCK RED INDICATOR (8GB) FLASHING DURING TEST, REPLACED RIGHT LANDING GEAR INDICATOR 8GB (AALA202606229990) AS WELL AS BOARD-ANN LIGHTT 9LP (AALA202606226655) PER ASM 32-61-01 MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED THE SAME TEST AGAIN AND THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT STAYED ON AND NO FAILURES WERE NOTED.
