## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED INTO SFO DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING A FLAPS LOCKED WITH ALIGNMENT FAULT ECAM MESSAGE WITH THE FLAPS FROZEN AT POSITION 2. THE FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED A GO AROUND AND ACCOMPLISHED THE CHECK LIST. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT SFO AND TAXIED TO THE GATE UNDER ITS OWN POWER. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WING #3 FLAP ROTARY ACTUATOR PER JOB CARD 26L00027004 (AALA202606226365) AND ADJUSTED THE RIGHT INTERCONNECTING STRUT PER AMM 27-51-44. (AALA202606227673) A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
