AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: VERY LOUD HIGH PITCHED NOISE IN FLIGHT DECK. STARED AT 14000 FEET AND ALL THE WAY UP AT TO FL 350 AND BACK DOWN TO 7000 FEET. MAINTENANCE FOUND DAMAGED CAPTAIN SIDE OVERHEAD DRAIN TUBE ALONG SIDE CA SLIDING WINDOW. PERFORMED TIME LIMITED REPAIR PER AARD 25-11-00-4 AND IN REFERENCE TO AMM 25-11-22.
