## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED INTO BFL DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING A LOSS OF SPEED BRAKES AND PARTIAL WING SPOILERS ASSOCIATED WITH A SEC 1 FAULT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT BFL WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED RELAY SEC 1 ANN SPLY (41CE1) PER ESPM 20-46-50 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 27-94-34 WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
