AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: REPEAT WRITE UP.  MUSTY SMELL NOTED ON TAKEOFF ROLL, LASTED FOR 60 TO 90 SECONDS.  26K THRUST AT 99.7 N1.  ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS NORMAL, NO OTHER ABNORMALS NOTED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED NBR 2 ENGINE PER JC 08L40072003.
