## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FA REPORTS THAT ONE OF THE FORWARD EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHTS ISN'T CHARGING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BATTERY PER CMM 25-60-13.  OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
