AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: MDCR DOOR HANDLE BROKEN AND DOOR CAN NOT BE OPENED FROM THE INSIDE. MAINTENANCE FOUND LATCH ASSY LOOSE. REINSTALLED LATCH ASSY IAW AMM 25-29-01.ALL OPS OK.
