## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: 2R DOOR DISARMED INFLIGHT, FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE R2 DOOR INDICATED ARMED ON THE GROUND AND THROUGH 10000FT. FLIGHT ATTENDED RECEIVED FLASHING SLIDE ARMED ON FAP AND DOOR PAGE SHOWED UNARMED AT THROUGH FL230.  DOOR REARMED ON DESCENT AT 4400FT.  DELTAP WAS 1.6 PSI AND CABIN ALT 800.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE R4 DOOR SLIDE PER JOB CARD 26L00025010.
