## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ALL 3 LAVS  WILL NOT FLUSH AND ARE ALMOST OVERFULL. DECESION MADE TO DIVERT TO ORD, NO EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT WAS NOT OVERWEIGHT FOIR LANDING. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOT LAV WASTE SYSTEM IAW FIM 38-32-00. FOUND C/B ON PANEL 91 C11 VACUUM WASTE CONT OPENED. REPLACED THE VACUUM WASTE LOGIC CONTROL MODULE IAW AMM 38-33-03.
