AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED ARMING LEVER FOR 1L IS EXTREMELY HARD TO ARM THE DOOR. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED LUBRICATION OF THE DOOR ARMING/DISARMING MECHANISM PER AMM 12-22-52 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
