AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFTER DEPLOYMENT OF R2 DOOR, FOUND ALL SLIDE/RAFT LIGHTS DID NOT COME ON. PHYSICALLY CHECKED WIRING AND FOUND QUICK DISCONNECT CONNECTION TO PLANE SECURED BEFORE DISCONNECTING AND LOWERING SLIDE/RAFT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED 1004WL EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT (AFT CEILING) PER AMM 33-51-38.
