## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN IN FLIGHT. OPENS AND CLOSES NORMALLY ON THE GROUND. LATCHES ALL RELEASE WITH A TWIST IF THE HANDLE BUT DOOR REMAINS STUCK IN THE FRAME. THE DOORS TAKES AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF EFFORT TO OPEN IN FLIGHT CREATING AN EGRESS/INGRESS HAZARD. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE CENTER DOOR JAMB HAD A LOOSE SCREW AND SECURED IT PER AMM 52-51-00.
