## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 1R ARMING HANDLE POPS UP CAUSING THE SLIDE TO ARM AND DISARM UNTIL PLACED JUST RIGHT. MAINTENANCE FOUND SUPPORT STRAP OUT OF PLACE AND SECURED THE STRAP. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
