AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED:  UPON OPS CHECKING EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM FOUNDIN SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEAT 16 CBA INOP.  MAINTENANCE FOUND CONNECTOR FOR IN SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHT DISCONNECTED UNDER SEAT 16 CBA. RECONNECTED CONNECTOR PERFORMED OPS CHECK OFEMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM IAW AMM 33-51-00 OPS CHECK GOOD.
