## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD GALLEY OVEN #2 TEMPERATURE RUNS VERY HIGH WITHIN MINUTES OF TURNING OVEN ON AND IS ACCOMPANIED BY A BURNT FOOD ODOR. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OVEN CONTROL MODULE PER AMM 25-35-00 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK
