## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: BLOWN #2 TIRE ON TAKE OFF, DAMAGE HYDRAULIC LINE. HAD TO MANULLY LOWER GEAR. EMERGENCY DECLARED AIRCRAT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WAS UNABLE TO TAXI. MAINTENANCE REPLACED #2 TIRE IAW AMM 32-45-11. HYDRAULIC LINE WAS ALSO REPLACED AND MAINTENANCE ALSO FOUND DAMAGE TO LE OF LEFT IMBOUND FLAP.
